My first engine on my previous boat was a Yamaha. In the 10 years I had it the only thing I did other than regular maintenance was a a fuel pump. Super solid engines. Sure could use that now. 175 hours and blown. Suzuki says they'll do it under warranty so I know I didn't do anything wrong...

Bro, that's the canal I fished growing up!! back when the falls was just a big field that people used for rc planes and kite flying. Main place we fished by bike was where that canal crosses 97th ave.

Oh I definitely agree, I spent a week in there with my family on a 23ft Sea Craft in the late 70's. Only now do I realize how much harder it was for my pops to navigate without a 15" screen and gps onboard. Map and a compass was how I grew up. It's an art I should probably revisit with my own...
