They fall under the UC system, not the State college system. Although, many believe the UC's will follow suit & cancel Fall Football as well by not having students on campus.

And before I get a million replies, yes I know that none of the State colleges play in the Pac-12, that wasn't my point.

@Hoyacane1620 If the Pac-12 ends up cancelling Football for the Fall that would all but guarantee Miller Moss doesn't stay out west. I think Bama will still be on him heavy, but it's definitely something to watch for.
