Why? Lamar Thomas is not what we need right now for a WR coach & Cooney is perfect in his position as Director of Recruiting, he's not cut out to be a full time WR's coach. We need somebody that can recruit & help teach the WR's Lashlee's offense.

Darrell Wyatt at UCF should still be in consideration, he absolutely knows the Air Raid & can recruit both Texas & Florida. Also another good candidate is Emmett Jones, current WR's coach at Kansas, was at TTech for 3 years with Kingsbury as WR's coach, coached HS ball down in Dallas for 14 years.

No. I doubt a HC wants to go be a WR's coach, but I guess if we offer enough money he might be interested. But Navarro said he's just speculating & that's not exactly who they're looking at.

Jason Phillips is the current WR's coach at Utah St, he coached at Kansas with David Beaty, he was at Houston back in 03 with Art Briles, he coached at Baylor with him too, also coached at Houston with Sumlin & at SMU with Chad Morris. He's about as Air Raid as it gets as a WR's/PGC.

Eric Morris is the HC of Incarnare Word. He played WR at TTech for Leach, coached at Houston with Sumlin, was Inside WR's coach for Leach at Wash St & was Co-OC/WR's coach for Kingsbury for 5 years.
