Yeah he busted him open pretty **** bad, but Max is arguably the toughest fighter in the UFC, he will not let that stop him this round. He needs a KO in order to win though, if he doesn't drop Poirier it's over & Diamond Dustin is the new interim Lightweight champ.

The move up in weightclass has clearly affected Holloway, Poirier just looks bigger & stronger all around. But Holloway is just so extremely tough & such a great striker he's given himself a legit chance. Holloway has to get a KO to win though.

The Silva fight was a passing of the baton, Adesanya literally started fighting because of Silva he idolized him & looked up to him as a child. He wasn't trying to kill'em, it was a showcase of the old era vs the new & if you're fan of true martial arts not just brute gladiator style fighting...
