Rumph is his recruiter, it might say on 247 Diaz, but Diaz recruits all regions for LB's, he was just in PB yesterday at the Spring extravaganza games. Our CB's are mostly recruited by Rumph, Banda & DVD (he can't visit them but does contact them regularly).
