Yeah, I learned this from reading the Hokie board. According to them, Buzz has a big Texas flag in his house. They are scared shtless that he's returning to his home state.

Not so sure that is a lateral move, at least not for a Texan which is the case with Buzz, and Texans tend to end up returning to their home state (except Jimmy Johnson, of course). Additionally, as noted, money won't be an issue.
