75% of Curtis film is of him running half speed. He doesn't turn on the jets until he needs to. Go watch the last two plays of his highlights and you will see how fast he is when he's running full speed

Nah Curtis is a high end athlete. Weather he becomes a WR or CB he deserves a Spot. His upside is off the charts if developed properly.
