    SS and nickel CB are the two most important positions on this style of defense (along with a 3-Tech DT) because of the responsibilities they have and how much they are asked to stop big plays. Jaquan was perfect for the role. We haven’t found that guy this year.

    It’s designed to get a free rusher and make big plays. If it’s timed right it can lead to sacks and turnovers. Like a lot of the defense it’s based on havoc. Just has a low success rate (as you’d expect or you’d run a play that gets TFL and turnovers all the time).
