The effort has been worse this season but it’s still not where it needs to be. We just don’t look like a team engaged right now.

I think that’s the most disheartening part of the season. The lackluster effort we’ve seen too many times this season has been embarrassing. Injuries, transfers, investigation, recruiting or any other excuse we’ve heard aside should not have an impact on the energy and effort this team plays...
