Lol that’s laughable. We’ve had many work out well here as well as a few current staff members. But a great leader is supposed to recognize talent and develop that talent. If Cooney is talented a good leader would promote and develop instead of letting him walk to become great elsewhere

So what exactly translates to being a position coach? Do you have to be a proven HC to be worthy of the mighty title of WR’s coach? Maybe we should let talented up and coming coaches go prove it elsewhere and then watch them win recruits for other teams.
