Pretty much... Best part of the chain, outside of the player who gets it, is the team celebrating around the player on the sideline right after. If we're winning and being consistently productive on defense (like we were 2 and 3 years ago), I don't see the issue with it. Hit Stick, Bust ****...

I'm a proponent of keeping it as a surprise for big games. The TD rings just didn't really work. I did like seeing players sharing them with other players on the offense, but it just didn't have the same appeal as the chain. Bottom line, don't do **** if you're not winning games.
