If I can find a case then I'll ship you some. I'm a blantons fan too so I wouldn't mind having a few bottles stashed.

**** man, I'll keep an eye out for you. Here it's usually around $60 and it shouldn't be too hard to find in the next month or 2. This liquor store just opened up around the corner and they don't know what they're doing. I'll see if they'll let me order a case and we can split it.

I was ordering a bottle of bourbon for my boss the other day and came across this site: Liquorbardelivery.com They have most of the bourbons we've talked about on here. The ORVW etc. have the prices jacked up, but for people that are willing to pay you can get the 10, 12, 15 (the best bang for...

What bourbon are you sippin tonight? After the letdown today I'm sure we're all pouring heavy tonight. I felt like drinking some Angels Envy. Not one of my go to bourbons, but I'm crushing it tonight.

Years ago a few companies stared shipping ingredients for Kentucky around the world. Technically it's bourbon because of the ingredients, no matter where it's distilled. Most bourbons come from the same couple conpanies, the recipe and distillation process is different. I could be off base with...

I was saying it in the other threads, but if you can find a liquor store that does barrel programs, they're worth a try. This 1792 from a barrel program was one of the better cheaper bourbons I've had. Also Four Roses single barrel.

Mostly from being a degenerate like me and going to the liquor store a lot. If you can get in with the people at your liquor store you have a better shot. The rare bourbons don't make it on the shelf usually. Liquor stores know who wants those bourbons and hold bottles for those people. Some...

Not very often I come across a bourbon I haven't tried. I'll have to look for Hirsch, thanks for the recommendation. Definitely agree on PVW 10. One year I got to try all of them and was very underwhelmed.

Michters is solid too. Have you tried Breckenridge? That ones a little on the sweet side too.

Hillrock is the only one I can think of. It's not real easy to find and it's around $100 these days. If you're having trouble finding a bourbon that's palatable then try this one.

Someone was talking about liking sweeter bourbons. A good one to try is Hillrock. It's solera aged and smooth. Worth a try if you like those types of bourbons.
