Agree with all of this, especially the last paragraph. Too many people on this site want to mention too many things and alot of it comes off as reactionary (losing to FIU for example). Like I've been saying, keep it simple and call for the heads of Blake and the administration. Period.

I don't know about that....the specific instances where a corporate veil has actually been pierced have mostly been due to straight up fraud. I'm not an attorney, but would be curious to hear what the board lawyers think about that topic. Piercing an LLC isn't exactly a common occurrence.

As long as the words "Fire" , "Blake James" , "(insert other admins like Strawley)" are on that board.....it's fine. You can address BOT as "BOT"....don't necessarily need to put their names to get their attention at that point.
