Part of the evaluation process is "can the current guy take us to the next level?" If you don't think your program can get to the next level, then you keep the current guy. Apparently that is your mindset. You're happy with an occasional Sweet 16 blowout, as though every program is forever stuck...

How would you know any of that with your February 17th join date? What, exactly, is "reality"? You want to tell me why we're stuck being a program that can't compete for championships?

If you are content with being in a position to make the NCAA Tournament, then Coach L is your guy. If we have any desire to ever compete for a championship, then we have to find our up-and-coming version of Sean Miller or Jay Wright.
