Yup, these are great guys to supplement the potentially elite guys on the team. Those are guys that make impacts in their 3rd and 4th year.

Pretty good pickups, Flip and Medlock are solid players. Just glad to have someone on board at those positions. Not spectacular but both could start here in a couple of years.
