Did they complete the story or leave it hanging for a part 3?

If it wasn’t for HBO Max, I never would've seen it. After the 1984 version, I wouldn't pay to see it.

Ok, I think they did a pretty good job. The only question I have is why they would make a part 1 without firm plans for part 2.

Is it different than the original movie. That one was pretty dull.
