It takes a lot less energy to be optimistic than pessimistic. Sure, sometimes you get hurt, but it hurts just as bad when you expect it. I like being optimistic. I'm no sunshine pumper, but it feels really good going into this season. If we hadn't made those staff changes, I couldn't say that.
