I'm suggesting that its always fluid. Making season decisions on a team after 4 weeks shows a little inexperience in my opinion. Manny may not be the answer but leave room for the fact that he might be.

If he wins the next 3 games will there be significant improvement? The next 5? What number would you need to see to say significant improvement?

He'll play behind whoever is at Alabama unless you think our boy is a high draft pick next year(I do). He could leave to go to a starting spot but I just don't know why he would, especially if he thinks we're on the upswing.

Why not? He came to the program behind TVD, he knew that he might have to play behind him for a year. Its happening. There's usually a reason kids leave. What could have changed to make him suddenly say that things have become unbearable?

Seems like the case. In his first 3 games he never had a pass longer than 36 yards. And he never really looked crisp. TVD on he other hand has already had passes of over 50 yards in all but one of the games he's started and in 3 games he's had passes of 60 yards. The big passing play is back.

Can't dispute you on this. I really believed King was it. I'm just giving my opinion. Do what you will.

Why would he go?

We won't be locked into 7-8 wins. Manny hit the lottery. 9-11 wins more likely. Not only is TVD the one, but right behind him Manny'll get another 2 years of great qb play with Garcia.
