I haven't seen anyone associated with the CFP say the Big 10 will for sure be eligible with 8 games or less. I think they will wait to see what happens across the board. It may be a moot point if ACC, SEC and Big 12 DoN'T get more than 8 games in, either. There's no room for error with that...
