Not gonna happen. Niners have 4 backs they really like and have a lot of money invested. Look for Niners to target WR, DL, DB and OL

Scott Reynolds from Pewter Report said on a podcast that Gruden drafted Cadillac because of his name, saying "Gruden was a weird guy like that". SMH man we had Gruden and Allen drafting guys based on name or 40 time (Dexter Jackson, Sabby Piscitelli) and now we have Licht trading up to get a...

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize Jay Gruden was the OC there. Theoretically Winston could play in that offense as he has the anticipation skills but it would be an odd fit to be sure.

Of course. And Tennessee was rolling with Mariota. The point is you go to a team with a shaky young QB and wind up starting more games than not. Jacksonville has underrated WRs too. Chark would blow up with Winston.

Jameis still has Denver and Jacksonville as good spots to compete to start.

Using school track record to evaluate players is major fail.

If you're not double teaming Davante Adams and leaving those other scrubs 1on1 you're doing it wrong. Same with the Saints and Michael Thomas last year.

Yeah only the Lions have multiple quality WRs in that division, but if Stafford is injured and Driskel is throwing them the ball it doesn't really matter. As for this RB mileage argument, a few years ago fantasy research was done that found no correlation between prior workload and injuries...

Taylor has sneaky wiggle but you don't have to make people miss laterally when you have the mental processing, speed and acceleration to find the right hole and blow past the pursuit angles. A lot of people think Taylor's speed isn't evident on film and I just don't get it - kid's a freak. He's...

@DMoney a late 1st on J Taylor or CEH is totally reasonable imo. Can't forget the 5th year option is excellent value for a top tier back and then you hopefully get a nice comp pick after those 5 years of cheap value. Who are you gonna get in free agency at a reasonable price where you're...

CEH had 55 catches last year. He's elite on angle/Texas routes and can split wide and run routes. He's the best receiving back in the draft. Anthony McFarland - who @brock wants - has 24 CAREER receptions...c'mon brock the Bucs don't need a 5'8 version of RoJo.

If you don't believe in giving RBs 2nd contracts (I agree and most of the NFL does too now) then it follows that you need to be willing to invest in the position in the draft to get better value. Round 2-4 RBs every few years will be the meta strategy unless you find a good UDFA. WR will be...

He can do the same things in the pass game but he doesn't have the same level of long speed and contact balance to grind out yards inside. Also no way CEH lasts to the 3rd round @BoxingRobes

Yeah you really have to master all aspects of the position to turn your head around and get away with it. There's a reason most guys don't.

Bradberry made a career off shutting down Mike Evans who is a lousy route runner and is hit or miss against big corners.

Yeah I agree. Barrett's stats are inflated because of the volume of pass rushes he had but the point was you get value in FA from edge guys who flash in limited snaps. With established starters you're paying for past production instead of projecting future performance.

Sounds like they're fed up with Njoku and want to add even more TEs. Lack of durability and inconsistency are problems. I've always been high on him but he's shaping up to be another Cane disappointment whose technique and skill aren't on par with his physical traits. Lack of player development...

Shaq Lawson. Good traits and last season he broke out in limited snaps. Similar upside signing like Shaq Barrett last year.

Nice moves Dolphins. Picking up 2 quality starters for below average starter money. Compensatory formula not relevant so take advantage and get some building blocks.
