That’s a nice drill, but that dude is stiff as ****. That back foot is planted forever before he finally gets out into the route. No sink/explosion or lateral quickness at all. Who is that?

I think he means replacing the athleticism on the field. At least that’s how I read it.

Phillips had to be rehabbed extensively before he could see the field here. But I agree that he’s by far the most notable transfer since the portal opened to come to Miami.

We’re on the same page regarding the limited skill set, and how he impacts the WR room. The Lingard transfer, as I recall it, was a huge deal for UF. I only bring this up because people are getting a bit too excited about Henderson here. He doesn’t suck, but he’s not Rambo either.

I agree 100%. He’s more than likely better than some in that room already, which unfortunately isn’t saying much.

He going to be Miami’s version of the Lorenzo Lingard transfer. Major athlete who can’t really play. Gets overvalued by the new destination. Shows up and continues to perform at the same level. Fanbase from the previous stop is unrelenting with the lulz.
