Miami took Minaya first, so I’m assuming he was higher on the board. Minaya would have to step out on his own in order to give way to Williams. I don’t know that Miami would drop Minaya for Williams. In the late winter, I thought Williams was way ahead of Minaya until he committed first.

They are the same player. Size and physicality, but limited movement skills. They’d get a shot at tackle, but more than likely end up inside if they develop and get snaps.
