I got an offer out of school in a Wall Street firm. Money was great everything else felt bad. In the end, having grown up in old So Fl the street crowd at lunch was a deal killer. Sounds like I made right choice.

Excellent story. Given today’s tech, billing on the pot is not a problem. It is the excess of 24 hours a day that is a difficult explanation but not impossible. I’m not practicing today but it would be interesting trying to bill my hours in casino.

Billing these hours should not be a problem for a Miami grad. If you are breathing it should be on someone’s toll, maybe even a couple.

JD 76. Paid tuition with paychecks from Dade County Schools. Students loans are a true travesty. Law in Miami in 70’s & 80’s was a dream. Easy money and easier women. Being a Cane made it almost Heaven.
