Good overall post but this sentence sticks out like a sore thumb. YOU DON'T RECRUIT BACKUPS!!! You only recruit kids who you think are starters, because some of them will inevitably not be as good as you thought and end up as back ups if they don't leave.

How can you want Worshaw over the Emilien kid?! One of them is a local, explosive-as-fvck game breaker....the other one is a plodder from Bammer. No contest imo.
