I absolutely agree with the point about this LB group lacking talent. However LB play has never been this staff's strong suit. Shaq and Pink were here 4 years and never got any better. And another thing....Seeing how this veteran group of LBs McCloud, Jennings, and Steed are the worst LB...

At worst he gets moved to LB coach? I won't even get into what a terrible job Beeker has done with the LBs but I'll take that deal.
