A substance having medicinal benefits and that same substance having been fully tested and approved by the FDA for those same benefits are not one and the same. I know that's not what you were implying, OC, but the reality is neither CBD nor even really marijuana and its related compounds have...

Yep, agreed. Works much better IMO with a blend of CBD and THC. But the customer base my brother's company targets wants 100% THC-free CBD, which is what his products are (derived from hemp instead of marijuana). It's purely for therapeutic purposes, no intoxicating effects and wont make you...

Oh, I agree 100%. I am a huge proponent of marijuana, both medicinally and recreationally. And I think it's unquestionable that it has medicinal benefits. I feel the same way about CBD. It doesn't take a large stretch of logic to believe something in the cannabinoid family would help with...

You're both right. Marijuana absolutely can have therapeutic benefits. But also the vast majority of people who will smoke it will use it mainly to get stoned. I'm all for both myself!

Uh, no. When you get popped with 5 onions, charges don't just get dropped.

Agree with the above posters. The fact our government is using limited resources to continue prosecuting people for marijuana is absolutely absurd. Fortunately, the full change seems to truly be on the horizon for the first time. Long overdue!

He had 5 oz in the car, it was an additional 10 g found at his house when he bizarrely told them he had more weed there. Pretty sure 5 oz is sufficient quantity to be charged for distribution on that alone regardless of additional evidence. I could be wrong on that though.

He sat by his car for a long enough period of time to fall asleep but didn't think to hide the weed jar and the guns somewhere nearby to come and get them later?!? Jeez, man. Must have been some really danke sh-t!
