It is actually creating more work for themselves in doing it this way, forgetting about the negative perception, listening to people *****, etc.. If they don't care, then they should be getting someone competent to run things.

This is what makes no sense to me. Why in the **** is Blake still AD if people realize that any form of logic would dictate they need to fire him, get his replacement, and then let that replacement pick the next coach. No AD worth a salt is coming here with a brand new coach they did not...
