Dazalin Worsham 4-Star WR and Alabama commit

We are taking 3 WRs already, have only 1 SR WR, and have 4 committed for ‘21. That is plenty. And in the modern game, a great receiving TE is a big weapon. Do not agree with your generalization. A washington or theo johnson would do much more for our offense than one additional wr.

We shall see. Significamt improvememt means serviceable, not NFL level.

Irvin has a year left and hasnt been a meaningful player. Polendey, next. Jordan could be gone in a year. Our TE standard is higher than that. We are recruiting for ‘20 now. Those kids will be contributors in ‘21–23.

Irvin and Polendey? Now you know why we are talkimbout TEs.

We just disagree. IMO TE is a bigger need than 4th wr. We lose Osborn this year (and he’s a new transfer). Das it. Do not need to replace him with four kids. Maybe Thomas goes also, tho that is pure speculation. 3 to replace 2 would be plenty also. Especially when we have 4 wrs already...

It didnt need adding, the other TE’s we’re recruiting are obviously elite kids. We’re talking real choices here, not theory. As for your numbers, you have an OC whose base offense is supposed to be 12 personnel. Not sure how that works with 3 TEs on the roster. If you’re going to run double...

Worsham isnt a local kid, so it doesnt change that issue. We need a second TE, if Enos’s 12 personnel is a real thing. We are short TEs as it is. Last year we took am H Back. A top line TE if we get the right guy would be way more important for our offense than a 4th WR.

These days, you shouldnt assume someone has only two hips. He could have three, four, even five hips.

3 is plenty of wrs for this class, and I am not saying who the three should be. One way or another, we’re passing on some kids, somewhere, because the overall class has numbers limits. We do not need a 4th WR in this class more than a second TE or RB, or an additional LB or CB.

We should not take more than 3 wrs for ‘20, whoever they are. We have other needs and plenty of better ‘21 options, including existing commits.
