Was able to find out some information on who committed. The player actually just signed to us for the 2024 class, so he will be here next season. The staff did not give a name, but the kid is a SS from Puerto Rico. The staff really likes this kid

The old staff did this for big big commits, very rarely though. JD knows you need to get the fans excited. Can also be the bullet than ends him LOL
