Meaning you can pull in and park wherever you like in the lot and save a spot for the rest of the group if they happen to arrive at a later time. Hard Rock Parking Changes
The norm has been opening 4 hours for regular games and 5 hours for the green lot. For bigger games in the past this has been extended an hour (5 and 6 hours prior).- DualThreat
