Someone on ITU posted that they make $100 bill napkins. That is a possible explanation. Here's a link..

Give it a couple days/weeks. Those same people will be back on here telling everyone that we have to land this guy or that guy...."no excuses" and that bag dropping is "rare" despite all the evidence and actual admissions from some of those involved.
