I agree it wasn’t steep at all. Especially when you consider that Kawhi gave them a guaranteee that he would sign with PG. You stack chips to build a contender. And you have to be ready to pounce when that window opens. For them that window was now. I love the deal For both parties.

I’d prefer the Beal deal. He is younger. But truthfully it doesn’t matter becuase from the looks of it. The days of star players staying put More than 4 years is done. So there is no guarantee that Beal would play out his entire prime here. If and it’s a big IF....if the heat can finally get...
