Recruiting is diff now. That attitude wont fly if you have a Clemson offer with 50k, a dodge challenger, and they tell you that you will start and be in the NFL after 3 years after playing in the CFB playoff every year. Negotiation is usually about leverage. Where is UM's leverage in your proposal.
