I already said if it were me I'd make changes from james, strawley, and new staff but that realistically won't happen so I chose to go through the theoretical route of compromise.

That's because I realistically understand the entire staff won't be fired so I rather stay out of fantasy land. I would want to see sweeping changes starting from the administration level of blake james/jen strawley gone but that won't happen so here we are.
