NBA personal have seen him healthy prior to him coming to Miami. That is why he was ranked so high because they could see his pro potential. Miami obviously hurt his stock.

He was a projected lottery pick before arriving at Miami. Earl can play. The problem is the coach. Just go to the 2020 recruiting thread. There are plenty of game highlights of Earls skills before getting to Miami.

At this point, it is best to "mutually agree to part ways" with Coach L and his staff. I don't know if it was his comment about the team "not being good at shooting 3 pt shots or defending 3 pt shots" or the "injuries the past 3 years are bad luck" or "the my way or highway approach" in dealing...
