I'm assuming that's first team All-American Athletic Conference.

It really depends on the bowl. It might actually cost the team money to play in a bowl. Lower tiered bowls don’t pay a ton but they force the school to purchase a huge block of the tickets. Miami fans don’t bother going to home games let alone crappy bowl games halfway across the country so the...

Third and short! More important than actually scoring points!

You’re right. The extra practices are nice too.

Yeah, there were a few duds. I’m not going to sit here and say otherwise. The dude did a good job given the players he had to work with. He wasn’t a miracle worker. You’re not going to compete with Alabama or peak Clemson with Dee Wiggins and DJ Scaife. I think I was just happy to have an...

No ****? Next year? Ok then it’s still a lateral move.

He had 2 players that got drafted total and both played tight end. No coordinator did more with less. He wasn’t perfect but if you consider our offense had NO NFL talent besides Jordan and Mallory and our offensive line was made up of guys who can’t start for G5 teams, it’s impressive.

If we have a quarterback, I think we’d smoke them. Especially since they lost their starting quarterback.

Why leave SMU for Houston? That’s a lateral move, at best? **** SMU is playing in the ACC next year. Houston is still in the G5.

You think that most of the people here knew that he was a Gus disciple? That before he went to SMU, he didn’t run any air raid at all? Because if you ask 10 people here, 9 of them will tell you that all he wanted to do was pass on every down and he had no idea how a run game worked. As for...

I'd rather UM just skip a bowl game than go into one with a walk-on at QB.

They're not Oregon. not even close. They're one of the top 2 or 3 G5 teams. They're 5th in the nation in scoring and 13th in scoring defense. They've beat up on the teams in their talent bracket but their two losses were to the two P5 teams they played. AAC Championship game vs Tulane this...

Imagine Lashlee with this offensive line and running back room? He got 35 points per game out of an offense that had 2 NFL draft picks on the entire offensive roster and they both played tight end.

Khalil Tate went from probably the most unstoppable player in the country to a complete JAG. Was he the guy who ended up transferring to A&M to play for Summlin but never broke through?
