Exactly. People aren’t staying home because of the opponents. They don’t go to games because the team wasn’t good.

We had Michigan State in Hardrock Stadium this year and there were a bunch of empty seats. I wish people would give up the excuses for not going to games and just admit they only go when the team is in first place.

This might be the third time where I said “f@&k it, I’m not renewing my tickets” only to get reeled right back in with new hope. Going to games gets more and more expensive every year and it really wasn’t worth it to see a 7-5 team every year.
