Everyone is technically providing depth. I’m not going to lose my **** because our fifth DE can’t play though. Avantae was actually in line to start at safety or at the very least, be first in the rotation off the bench. Not comparable. Still, not going to lose my **** about him either.

I can’t speak for every school and I was in college a long time ago but if I walked into an undergrad course, specifically one of the early gen Ed courses and the room was full of football players, I knew it was going to be a joke class.

DE was a huge issue with that game. Our undisciplined line was blindly running upfield with zero regard to rush lanes or playing gaps. I understand we play an upfield type of defense but you can’t just not play the run at all. Couch Stroud did a good job of teaching our guys pass rush moves but...

If either of those guys saw the field this year, I'd say we were in a boatload of trouble. Maybe WIlliams was a minor rotation guy but Holley was just taking up space on the bench.
