umm well maybe because scholarships arent unlimited lol. If theres 10 great linebackers you not gonna take all of them. Youd need to distribute the numbers evenly based on needs at certain positions. If the staff neds 3 no need to take 4 unless the fourth is a blue ship 5 star talent that brings...
