  1. Cryptical Envelopment

Official QB Jaden Rashada: COMMITS… & then Flips to the gator… & then the gator welches on the payments so he doesn’t enroll and rescinds NLI

Best takeaway from this that no one is talking about is the UF NIL collective paid the UM NIL collective $125k. UF lost that money and didn't even get a kid to enroll for a day from it. Ruiz should start an annual NIL scholarship at Miami in UF's name.

Ruiz said something about not being able to comment further on a tweeters question because of an NDA he signed. Sounds like LW landed well.

There were people at Hecht that were over him (and his camp) BEFORE he committed to UM this fall. They took his commitment, but we were never all in on him. Which is why Emory was so important from the jump. UM staff played this perfectly, IMO.

Who knows what's real and what isn't, but... The scuttlebutt is that the GC signed a crazy deal and then the GG refused to fund it. So that's the supposed "why" as far as termination goes. Why sign? Because if his deal was truly for $13M (or anywhere near it) it's WAY more than he could...

Yes, but if they had obligations like some Miami deals supposedly do, local appearances, etc. that make it practically impossible to attend somewhere else, it has the same effect. UF (GC) and JR had a fully executed agreement in place. JR's lawyers could have/should have responded to the...

Yes, I think I addressed that indirectly. But like I said, it puts even more pressure on UF and boxes them in further. The legal ramifications aren't the only ramifications. The PR/recruiting/rep part of this is probably even more important. That's the real pressure point here. So I think this...

My theory is that he was advised to still sign by his attorneys/advisors even though UF tried to terminate a fully executed agreement. If you are going to claim the other side breached a contract and you intend to pursue damages, one could say it's best to perform and follow through on your end...

How is this Vinny stuff hard? He went pro after the disastrous PSU game which everyone knows was 86. Then Walsh won the 'ship in 87.
