    Pro athletes, yes. I have no idea about these individual deals but my GUESS, and more my hope, is that they are taking a smaller cut of these since they are amateur athletes still in college. It's not even inconceivable that the fees are being waived in certain cases.

    Yeah these aren't employment contracts. They take a bigger cut of marketing and endorsement deals. Also as I mentioned none of this is being regulated (capped) by Player Associations or CBA's either, so could get a little Wild West out there.

    On marketing deals they do. 20% is not uncommon as well. This isn't contract, and there aren't any PA's to cap anything either. I went with 15% over 20% just out of the pure hope that the industry will tend to charge these KIDS on the lower side.
