Fong has spells going to WV. There were rumors on WV board they got like 4-5 silent commits at their camp. Within 3 minutes yesterday Fong dropped 5 CBS to WV for Spells, Nicco Marchiol (former FSU Commit); Travious Lathan, Christian Stokes, and Jaden Mangham. All pretty confident.
