Point #4 is not the way to approach recruiting. IMO it's likely if one of Perry/Weldon/Williams wins the job next Fall, at least one of the others transfers. You've got to go hard to bring in a quality QB every recruiting class. I actually think a good QB is a huge need for the '19 class.

We need a QB who is athletic, not the reverse. I love a mobile QB, but accuracy and ability to see the field (vision) are higher priorities. With all the weapons we look to have at WR, TE, and RB, I want a QB who is capable of getting the ball to the playmakers.

He certainly seems to be a good salesman (as do Hartley and Dugans). Convincing Perry and Weldon in the same class and then closing late on Williams the next year is impressive. Get Johnson in 2019 and I'd say the evidence is overwhelming.
