Yes. In Arnold’s book, Education of a Bodybuilder, he said the first time he saw Oliva, he was actually afraid to get on stage next to him. He was that massive. Surprised being from Cuba, Oliva didn’t end up in Miami or Tampa. I think he came over from Guantanamo in the 60s.

Has really slimmed down under Feeley’s training program and diet. Apparently he has been living off tuna (straight out of the can, packed in water (not oil)) and spinach salads, with an occasional egg white omelette as a “treat.” This is a recent pic of him near the breakwater at Haulover.
