Old timer vote, but go with the classic 80's unis. Have special occasion unis every once in a while, but stick with the basics. Revert the current Chicago Bear number font to the way it was a couple of years ago and call it a day.
Yes, please keep it orange, green, and white. I'm not a fan of the black uni's, but if it excites the student body for 1 night game a year, fine.
Never let the smoke unis, green helmets, or orange helmets see the light of day again though.
