    True, but that's an untapped pool. I believe there are just as many qualified position coaches as there are coordinators for HC positions. ****, most OC's are nothing more than glorified QB coaches.

    Swinney & Meyer were lifetime position coaches prior to getting their first gigs...matter of fact, they had less experience than Hafley.
