You don't have to recruit undersized LBs if you recruit big to medium Safeties that are too slow to play Safety at the College level but could easily transition to LB...like Thurston Armbrister, but better. It's the way we used to do things around here, why reinvent the wheel.

All that is is a dime package. A striker is basically a "rover", although most teams have a different name for it...Alabama calls it the "Star" position, Florida used to call it the "Eraser", etc.,etc..
