I just wanted to see If I could make a comparison between Canes basketball and Florida Panthers hockey both teams I follow with a passion and both in first place and nobody for the most part seems to care. The Panthers had their first sellout Saturday night but I don’t expect that happens much...

Let’s just hope the students come out.

I guarantee ya the marketing efforts will get better with our new AD. But my hope is we can field a good club in the years to come. The program needs consistency on a high level. Meanwhile our students will love this game they should come out very strong.

We should see a great crowd now let’s give those Noles some good ole South Florida buzzsaw . Guessing Miami -2 that was my prediction for the Tar Heels and we know what happened. Definitely get the sense the team and our fans are taking this game personal.

We will see how our new AD handles this next year. It’s too late for marketing miracles and that is part of the game. Coach L has really done nothing to get these games hyped.

Dinner Key was wierd. My favorite player back in the day was Don Curnutt he could play guard as a pure shooter with anybody in todays game.

Bet nobody here remembers playing at the Dinner Key Auditorium or the Miami Beach convention hall.
