305 Separatist, Can we add Diaz to the billboard to get more people to donate since that seems to be the holdup here? This guy is total garbage along with rotten assistants he hired as well. Another early signing day ruined again. Things seem to get worse by the day. Just my opinion.

The idea is to put pressure on UM to do something to force change. Otherwise, doing nothing solves nothing. The same crap will continue forever.

I never said they will get it right this time but my point was we need to focus on the AD first who has made the lousy hires in the past such as diaz, richt including handing out undeserved extensions.

I can see your point but we still need to get rid of the AD James first before the new AD hires the next coach. Sadly, miami is so F'd up right now, there is too many problems to just focus on one.

Why arent more people donating to the cause to put the pressure on UM admin?

I can't believe we haven't reached the threshold yet for the amount required for the billboard. Why complain if you aren't willing to do anything to help fix it?

What good is recruiting when we aren't winning under a failed admin and staff for the last 15 years. Something has to change with leadership at the top or the on field product and development will continue to suffer and decline as we have already seen. I agree with NicKane.

All those who haven't donated, please do so ASAP since doing nothing solves nothing. So, be a doer. The BOT and UM admin needs to be pressured as much as possible. It's a disgrace what this football program has fallen to.
