It really just is a difficult conversation any way you go about it. Especially cause he is a pretty good safety. He has good instincts etc. For me it just comes down to his health and his future. The way he plays the game will be rough on him at the next level especially.

It doesn't speak volumes about the talent anywhere near as much as it speaks on the lack of development... I'm sorry but this with any competent staff should never happen at this level. Some **** poor evaluations were definitely made but you can't say that applies for the entire class.
